Meet our Haus of Pole Fam
Peach Cobbler
Instructor
A lady of many talents, Peach (Katy) has been learning pole since 2022. Outside of the studio, you can find them in the gym, painting, grooming dogs, or attending classes at the University of Oklahoma. Peach never knew they were into dance until they discovered pole, and in just a short span of time has joined in several showcases, PSO competitions, and help organize and perform in shows for OKC's Hullabaloo Vaudeville Reveue. Peach has taught several art workshops in the past, and is eager to put their patience, encouragement, and energy as a teacher back into action. They love giving new students a chance to shine and grow in both skill and confidence, because as a student themselves, they know starting is always the hardest part!

Kristine
Instructor
Hiiii--I’m Kristine & I dance as a love letter to my body, mind, spirit & soul. I believe EVERYBODY deserves to dance. I focus on cultivating a truly welcoming and inclusive vibe in my classes. I am committed to accessibility, inclusion, and accommodation for ALL BODIES. Absolutely no experience necessary. I have been rolling with the punches through chronic illness for the past 10 years and have been fighting a battle with Long-Covid for the past 4 years. This has taught me that no matter what I can or cannot do any given day, I still have infinite value just for being human and existing. We are all worthy of being seen, heard, valued, and treated with respect for just existing as our authentic selves. In my classes, we will be deconstructing shame messages we may have come to believe at some point in our lives, and journey to finding freedom, as well as our value and power in our authentic selves.
There is emerging data that suggests dance is an extremely effective way to treat depression. I whole heartedly agree with this! Dance has done SO much good for my soul, and I hope to share that with you very soon in class. <3 I love making a playlist full of bangers, so come ready to have fun, get a good sweat in, and be celebrated simply for being YOU. It’s up to us to celebrate ourselves and create the beautiful lives we want, and it’s a whole lot easier when we’re dancing together!
Background: I am a classically trained ballet dancer in the Vaganova Method. I trained ballet for 15 years.
